For contactless drop offs and pick ups the key will be in the center console of the vehicle waiting for you unless otherwise requested

With Turo’s new contactless handoffs the following items are mandatory before picking up the car:

1. Please upload a photo of your driver’s license to the trip photos
2. Please upload a photo of yourself holding your license.

You can upload these photos by going to your reservation page scrolling down and where it says “add photos” tap to load

You’ll receive our car cleaned inside/out and with a full charge.

Important Note For Airport Deliveries:

For all airport drop-offs, I will leave the parking ticket in the center console with the key fob and you as the guest are responsible for paying for parking when you exit. When you return, please leave the parking ticket in the center console with the key fob and I will pay the cost to remove it from the lot.

I am happy to extend any trip if the next day is available, just request through Turo.com or the app.

PARKING DETAILS
This is a private home, the Tesla will be parked in the driveway. The key fob will be in the console.
GUIDELINES
No Pets! Love the doggos but not in the Tesla. 🙂 Do not run out of charge or you will be responsible for towing fees. Do not take up a stall on a charger as Tesla will charge idle fees. Bring back clean unless you have the prepaid cleaning option. Bring back charged unless you have purchased the prepaid EV recharge option. Please do not smoke or vape in the Tesla, there is a $250.00 fee for cleaning the smell out of the Tesla.

* Are Superchargers always open?
Almost all Supercharger stations are open for charging 24 hours a day. However, nearby amenities are subject to business hours. I have never driven a Tesla and I’m nervous to rent it. What should I do?
Not to worry. We have a 30/$30 First Time Electric Vehicle 30 min course that we highly recommend. We show you our vehicle, take a drive with you, show you how to use the features on the screen. Show you how to charge and how to use the adapters, before you go on your way.

* How do I use 3rd party chargers?
A J1772 adapter will be in the vehicle for your use. Please note: Guests have been taking and/or losing our adapters. I will be photographing the adapters prior to each use. The adapter is $149 plus tax, and you will be charged if any of the adapters are lost during your trip.

* How long can I park at a Supercharger?
Once your vehicle has reached the range necessary to get to your next destination, please move your vehicle so other drivers can charge. Vehicles parked at a Supercharger beyond an active charge session will be subject to idle fees.

*How much does it cost to charge the Tesla using a supercharge station?
Pricing to use a Supercharger may vary by location, and prices may change from time to time. All prices include taxes and fees. Specific pricing for each Supercharger location is shown on the popup of the selected pin on the navigation application on the vehicle touchscreen.
Certain Supercharger stations offer on-peak and off-peak rates. The rates and peak times are both displayed in the navigation application on the vehicle touchscreen. All Supercharging is billed to my credit card and will be billed separately after your booking is complete, at cost.

* Where can I find current and existing Supercharger stations?
To find a Supercharger station near you, visit the interactive Find Us map.

* Are Tesla supercharging stations free to use?
No, they are not. Each time you use a Tesla charging station for fast charging my credit card on file will be charged and I will bill you separately at the end of your trip.

* What are idle fees?
Idle fees apply to any car occupying a Supercharger if the station is at least 50% full and once the charge session is complete. They are charged by the minute, and add up very quickly. If the car is moved within 5 minutes of the charge session completion, the fee is might be waived. It is charged as a to discourage using a space that someone is waiting for.
